Help in Factory Unlocking Verizon iPhone 4s for use with Metro PCS?
Hi, I recently bought a secondhand iPhone 4S on craigslist that had been locked to Verizon, but the guy I bought it from had been using an R-sim, I believe, to use it on the t-mobile network. I know that the president recently signed a bill forcing all mobile carriers to unlock their phones, so I know it's legal, but my question is where and how can I get my phone unlocked? I'm trying to use it on my active Metro PCS account, they have already told me they can flash my phone over if it's unlocked, I just need to find a place that can get it unlocked. I live in Los Angeles, I've already paid an unlocking service and they basically cheated me by advertising a factory unlock when they only put another r-sim in the tray, useless.

R-SIM is not the solution and you can't just unlock the phone from Verizon as you're not the original owner of the phone. You can get it factory unlocked from outside though. If you need help with getting the Verizon iPhone 4S factory unlocked, mail me.
- Verizon s7 edge switch to metro pcs not receiving some texts? I have a verizon s7 edge phone that i recently switched to metro pcs service. I'm not receiving some texts from iphones and sms texts. I have tried many ways to flash firmware 935u using odin without success. Verizon said phone is NOT carrier locked. Metro pcs people don't know a solution. I have searched the internet for existing solution and have not found one that worked.

- I have a Verizon iPhone and the bill is $100/month, should I get metro pcs? I'm tired of paying $100 for an iPhone 4 through Verizon, it's hard for me to pay the bill every month with everything else I have to pay for. If I switch to metro pcs will I save money? That's the question. I want the galaxy S3 with the $50 plan. After taxes and stuff I think it will be around $60. I'm guessing. Is the switch worth it? Does metro suck really bad?
