Help jailbreak Iphone 4, 6.1.3?

Can someone please help me jailbreak my iphone 4, 6.1.3?

I was told the only way is to tethered jailbreak it with Sn0wbreeze.

I tried snowbreeze, Shift clicked the new file and tried to restore with itunes, and got error 3004.

Anyone know how to fix this error, or how to downgrade to 6.1.2 and jailbreak?
