Help to cancel order on itunes?

I just want to know what this one charge is on iTunes, but I can't get an answer from the phone number or the dozens of options on line. What is the problem with iTunes that it has to be so difficult?

ITunes>Account>Purchased. Shows everything you've purchased with that account. Unless you can prove that your account was hacked and you didn't make the purchase, then there's no "return policy".

You should have gotten an email from iTunes for the purchase.

But that being said, the follow link is how I contact iTunes when I have an issue:

Click Music> Click iTunes store> Click Subscriptions and Purchase> Click Unrecognized charge

Continue on clicking whatever applies, and complete the information they ask.

You don't have to call Itunes, you can email or chat online with them.

  • What does pre order on itunes mean? I really wanna get FROZEN on my phone (iPhone) for $19.99 but it's pre order, what does that mean exactly? I prefer those who've got apple products but I don't really care.
  • Someone wants to cancel an order on Amazon? I'm selling my iphone 5 on amazon. someone bought it and after 2-3 hours, he emailed me back wanting to get his money back cuz he "accidently" bought it. i lied to him saying i can't change it cuz its already been shipped. and i'm planning to sell it out to him, because i had my iphone up for like 2 weeks and its so frustrating and he made me happy and now he wants to cancel it… even if i say no and send the item, does he have right to send a refund?
  • Should I cancel the order? I brought a brand new iPhone 6 but I just read in the description that they are actually refurbished. Now I'm really worried because I saw the same 6s plus for the same price which is refurbished too. Shall I buy the refurbished 6s plus and cancel my order of the 6 plus or just wait for my 6 plus to arrive?
  • ITunes Pre-Order not working properly? I ordered an album from Savant a week ago, and it released yesterday. However, it didn't download at all my devices(iPhone, MBP), only on the one i purchased it on (iMac)… Is this intentional or a bug?
