Home button still doesn't work?

Ok so my home button on my verizon iphone 4 didn't work and so i looked it up and it said that you need to replace it so i had it replaced and it still doesn't work… Is there something else i need to replace in order for it to work?

It could be the wiring
Have you took it down to your local apple store
Take it to a apple store a real one
Where they have all the apple computers and stuff like that
NOT places like electronics stores
It HAS to be an apple store tell the what you need to have looked at and the shoul look at it and either fix it, give you a new phone, or tell you how and where to get it fixed!

Don't think so, but it's best if you do it yourself, I did. The piece is less than a dollar on amazon, just remember to get an opening kit as well, total = $4 tops
Look up on YouTube how to open it up & do it yourself, it is very easy, just be patient and don't be afraid, just be careful, that's all.

Follow these instructions.

Push the "Sleep/Wake" button at the top of the device. This switches off the screen display and puts the Apple iPhone into sleep mode.

Wait for two to three seconds. Press the "Home" button under the iPhone's display screen. The iPhone should wake up when you press this button. If this does not work, try switching the iPhone off and on again.

Press and hold the "Sleep/Wake" button for around five seconds or until "Slide to Power Off" appears on the screen. Slide the red arrow button to the right to switch off the iPhone.

Press and hold the "Sleep/Wake" button until the Apple logo icon appears on the iPhone. This switches the iPhone back on. If the Home button still does not operate correctly, try resetting the device.

Hold down the "Home" button and the "Sleep/Wake" button at the same time for around 10 seconds or until the Apple logo icon appears on the screen. The iPhone automatically switches on.

Please Note: If this procedure does not correct problems with the Home button, Apple recommends that you get the iPhone serviced and repaired by an approved dealer. Check the warranty card that came with the iPhone for repair and servicing information.
