House robbed this morning and I'm afraid to sleep?
This morning someone broke into my sisters room between 5 and 5:45 am and stole her school ipad, iphone, and ipod,… And a fan. They locked the door while she was asleep because my mom was awake but was in the shower, but luckily my sister sleeps through fire alarms so she didn't wake up. But now it's night again and I'm terrified of going to sleep because our rooms are right next to each other. My window faces the driveway and hers faces the backyard. They got in by taking the screen off because her window was slightly open and she never closes the blinds.
The worst part is the school is still making us pay $658 for the ipad to be replaced and we literally got these phones a little over a month ago for our 16th and 18th birthdays…
I really want to go to sleep but I'm so paranoid they're going to come for my room because I have the same stuff T_T. I've been thinking about it all day at school and couldn't focus on anything and now I'm shaking… How can I relax.
Added (1). We have find my iphone and they did turn it on in a grocery store parking lot a few blocks away but they turned it off after about 10 minutes
You can call your local non emergency police dispatch and explain to them your situation. Ask them if they could just pass by, nothing major. I would feel better

- Robbed and iPhone taken. What now? On Monday my fiancé got robbed. Three guys came up to us punched him, dragged him to the ground and ripped his bag off, I tried to call 911 but one of them ripped the phone out of my hand. We filed a police report about it, but sadly I had no insurance on the phone. Is there any possible way to get it replaced without paying full price, possibly the price you pay when you get added to the family plan? I can't afford 300 dollars or so so what can I do?
