How can apple store match serial number on iphone 4s?
I brought my phone to apple store and the guy told that the serial number don't match the serial number inside the phone. My phone fell into water and it's not working. How can they detect that the serial number is not a match
There 1 number inside the headphone jack, and 1 on the sim tray.
There's a serial number on the SIM tray if you have a GSM carrier (AT&T or T-Mobile).
