How can I check my iphone is going to working in another country?

Huhghrh

Contact your carrier service and ask them that question.

You can try:

Personally, I would use a local SIM instead of trying to use your home country's carrier's roaming plan. They can get expensive very quickly if you use mobile data.

When I went to Mexico, T-Mobile wanted to charge me $1.79/minute,$0.50/text message, and $15/megabyte (extremely absurd) with my pre-paid plan. That is just insane. With Telcel, I only paid around 70 MXN (pesos ~3.60 USD) for the SIM and 500 MXN (~$25 USD) and got 4 Gb of general LTE data (and unlimited FB, Twitter, and Whatsapp data) and unlimited calling and texting to anywhere in Mexico, the USA, and Canada.

Of course, using a local SIM will only work if your phone is unlocked. If it isn't unlocked, you will either need to get the phone unlocked from your carrier, or maybe buy a local phone from there.

  • How can I check my voicemail from another country? USA phone, unlocked iPhone, SIM card is Greek but is it possible for me to check my voicemail from the States? My phone number isn't frozen. • Does switching stores on iTunes (from country to country) affect the apps? So I downloaded a lot of apps on my iPhone when I was in the US Currently, I'm in Canada and it won't let me switch stores back until my apple music subscription is over. My question is, when I do change back, will I have to redownload all the apps? Also when I want to update the apps would I have to switch back to the US Store?
