How can I convince my dad to get an iPhone?

So everybody in my family including myself have iPhones. My dad has a galaxy phone. My family and I are trying to convince my dad to get an iPhone but he wants to stay with the galaxy. How can we convince him?

Why are you so convinced that he should?

Let him keep the one that he likes.

That iPhones have better resale value over the same period of time, better performance, better update system, better build quality & in this case all of you would get access to iMessage to communicate between each other easier.

Respect his decision, if ever the situation becomes reversed, then you can weigh in on his choice of hardware. Not everybody in the family needs to drink the Apple Kool Aid.

Let him keep the one that he likes.

Give him your phone for 1-2 hours to try it out and maybe you could get his phone for 1-2 hours. That way you may understand why is he satisfied with his phone and maybe he will understand why you want him to change a phone. If he will try out your phone, seeing the advantages he might get your point.

Tell him there's no i in his current phone

He probably knows a lot about tech and therefore realizes that you get much more with a Galaxy. Also, raising you is incredibly expensive so buying new stuff might not be in the cards.
