By the looks of it, you don't even have a firm grasp on the English language as of yet. So maybe you should learn that first.

Anyways, now that I have that out of the way: it depends on if you're intending to learn just the basics, just enough to maybe carry a very basic conversation, or maser the language entirely and also whether you're just trying to learn if verbally, or if you want to be literate as well You can find any number of books at the store, public library, or college/university library. Apps will be a little limited, but you could always try them, but which app would be best for you is something you would have to research for yourself because people learn differently so what I might recommend to you that worked well for me, might not work as well for you. Do a little research - don't be lazy.
