How to lose weight before school starts?

I'm 16 5'4 160 pounds I want to lose fat on my thighs stomach and arms. How can I lose 30 -40 pounds. Before school starts. It starts in 2 months on September 4, 2012. I'm on a 1177 calories on lose it. (iPhone app) I also have a stair master excercise machine how long should I excercise on it? Thanks ^.^ I wanna go to school and have more confidence. This is going to be my 11th grade yay.

Walk for an hour when you wake up and an hour before you go to bed only drink one soda a week and stay away from fast food

however, your diet is even more influential on weight loss than exercising
CUT OUT All SUGARY DRINKS (including all juices, sodas etc.)
you DO NOT want to drink your calories.

on that note, drink tons and tons of water.drinking water is the most simplest thing you could do.

really sticking to this i've dropped from 125 to 121 just in this week.running 2-3 miles for 20 minutes.strength training for another 20 and then doing swimming laps for the last 20 everyday while EATING HEALTHY. I'm telling you, it is scary to see how many calories sugary drinks really do have.

remember 99% of this is psychological.believe in yourself.remember losing weight will always be achievable. Get plenty of sleep and have a great attitude towards exercise and healthy foods.
