Is their any apps that will help you lose weight?
Lately I've been trying to lose some weight for summer, but nothing has seemed to be working. I was wondering if there was any kind if iPhone app that could keep track of your calories and fat that you consumed and give you a limit, and also give you workouts to do and how often to do them?

My Fitness Pal is great for logging calories and exercise. I don't think it will give you a limit as everyone is different and require different amounts of protein, fat and carbs, so it's something you need to work out for your height and weight. There are also workout Apps too.
Look up abs in the app store and their should be a yellow guy on a blue background with a heart made up of 2 'p's under him. The apps called abs
