How can I overcome shyness

Whenever I post one picture of my selfie on facebook, Instagram I let it sit there for few minutes- literally am panicking behind my iPhone as my heart races, chaotic iris movement, can't think straight and even almost having a seizure in my bed…
You know, I'm very self conscious. I was 300 pounds when I was 10 the traumatize of people making fun of me hadn't left me since. In my head I'm totally over thinking beyond imagination.
'Oh my God what if they call me fat, blah blah blah' people back then even adults made fun of my size… I'm 130 something pounds today…
The shyness of my appearance really gets on my nerves… How to overcome it? I want to be one of those confident people someday…

  • Why can't can't I hear anything on iPhone 4s? So everything is on in the sound option and it isn't set in vibration it's in sound also, the only method I can hear videos or anything is if I plug in the headphones how can I fix it I've tried turning it off and on already but it isn't any better.

  • What can the iPhone 5 probably do that 4s can't? Hi what will the iPhone 5 be able to do that the 4s can't this could be a stupid question but if any one has any ideas on what the iPhone 5 could do that iPhone 4s can't do that would be great!
  • IPhone top button stuck, can't lock my phone. Is there a Cydia app that can Like maybe a Cydia app that lets me double tap the home button and my phone locks? It's a struggle. I can't lock it unless I have that annoying gesture thing on my phone or just wait a minute. It's just annoying lol
