How can I remove the password from a locked iPhone 4 with my computer?
I don't want to use iTunes, what are a program that can remove a password and/or reset the phone.
I suggest you either call apple or just use google

If that phone has been Icloud locked then you are out of luck because there's nothing that will get that unlocked, even if you use iTunes to reset Ios it will still require its original password.
The ONLY way you could unlock it is by proving too apple support that it is yours by providing proof of sale.
If you just stole it well that phone is pretty much useless to you.

iTunes can't remove the password either. If by password you mean an iCloud Activation required one, even more so that nothing is removing that.
- Remove icloud off iPhone without password? I have Find My iPhone on my iPhone 5, I'm stuck on the activation screen and I don't remember the password to sign back in to the icloud account. I called APPLE and received an email to reset it but read it after it expired. Now when I call back and give them the security questions they all show up wrong.
