How can I retrieve my Instagram account, with an expired email?
Hi, about two months ago I was randonly trying to login into my Instagram account, on my iPhone and suddenly it had told me that it wasn't able to login me in because of a '' suspicious login attempt''. So frustatingly ever since late March, I have not been able to login into my Instagram account, I can't be sent the password on my old email because it is expired and don't remember or know the phone number, I made it with. I'm wondering if there's any possibilities or I can contact Instagram in some way to retrieve it back?
Emails do not expire, unless you cancel them. Contact your iPhone ISP and get the "suspicious log in attempt" resolved. You may only need a new password.
