You can use the app "bump" or email the pictures to yourself and them access your email on the other iPhone.
Through the messages app on the iPhone. Or you can go to the photos app, then tap options on the button, and it says send through message, then send the message to whoever you intend on sending it to.
To text the photo: go to your photos, select the photo you want to send(make sure it's in full screen view). Then on the bottom there should be a button with an arrow and a box. Click that. Select the option "message". Then just select to whom/what phone number you want to send it to.
To email to another iPhone do the same except of selecting "message", select "email photo"
