- I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account. I've called Apple and sent a receipt for proof of purchase, but they said it's invalid, because the SN doesn't match which doesn't make sense. Is there another way to just erase everything off the phone myself?
- I can't open folders with many datas on my computer? When i try to open a folder with e.g. Videos, pictures or other datas the folder closes after it opened within seconds and the desktop and taskbar disapears and i have to stare for 30 seconds on my desktopbackground until everything appears again, but the folder will be closed down. And when i attempt again the same happens. I have the problem for several months now and it only happens with folders that has many mbs. I can't go on my usb or iphone too because of that.
