How can I use an old iPhone without a SIM card?
My iPhone 5s doesn't have a SIM card for it anymore and it won't let me access the Internet. Would I be able to take it to a Verizon store to get them to put a SIM card in just to set it up?
I'm not sure if Verizon will just give you a SIM card. You might need to buy it from them. And of course, they'll want you to sign up for their service, but you don't need it.
Your iPhone should be unlocked, so it should accept any compatible SIM card as long as it is of the same form factor (Nano-SIM card).
You can use the internet, just only via Wi-Fi.
Verizon only uses SIM cards for data access since they are a CDMA network.
