How clean a rubber OtterBox iPhone case?
I got a lime green OtterBox case (rubber) for my phone, and I've had it for like a couple weeks. But the edges (the spots where I touch it) are now all brownish and dingy and looks dirty and gross…
How do I clean it?!
I've tried soaking the case in soapy water, I've tried a Magic Eraser sponge, i tried cotton balls and alcohol, I've soaked it in Baking soda and vinegar! I've tried everything! I've scrubbed that thang with a toothbrush and toothpaste even!
What do I do? How do I clean that thing? I don't wanna get a new one, I just dropped $35 on a price of rubber and I want it to last more that 2 weeks!
Nail polish remover? Oxi clean? Comet? (I can't use bleach)
Clean with soap and water than air dry it
Get a wet paper towel wet your phone case put toothpaste on your finger and circle the toothpaste around like you're brushing your teeth let it sit with the toothpaste on it for three minutes and then wipe it off
- What's a good rubber case the for iPhone 5? Does anyone know of a good iPhone 5 case that has rubber on the inside because cases that have plastic on the inside scratches the phone is there a type of case that is rubber on inside and out or the whole thing. Or can you tell me if the otter box scratches the iPhones body and screen.
- What is the tightest fitting rubber iPhone 4 case? Every rubber case I've tried or checked out on other people's phones just sucks. They are way too loose. I'm looking for a rubberish iPhone 4 case that is extremely difficult to stretch fit around the 4 so that it's extremely tight. Has anyone seen anything like this? Please don't recommend any 'Griffin' products.
- My iPhone Otterbox Commuter case smells bad? How do I clean it? I work at a pizzeria and the silicone part on my Otterbox has picked the pizzeria odor. Is there any way to clean it? I've tried clorox wipes… Could I put it in the dishwasher?
- IPhone case rubber or hard cover? I have a lifeproof case now and tired of it, it's not pretty lol I don't know if I should get a rubber case or hard case I think there are plastic one too, but I just don't know much. I still want a little protection if I drop it. What's better for protection?
