My iPhone Otterbox Commuter case smells bad? How do I clean it?

I work at a pizzeria and the silicone part on my Otterbox has picked the pizzeria odor. Is there any way to clean it? I've tried clorox wipes… Could I put it in the dishwasher?

My iPhone outer box smells too because my daughter is always chewing and drooling on my phone. I clean it with alcohol pads or wash it with regular dish soap and scrub it with your sponge. I honestly wouldn't put it in the dishwasher.
