How come my iphone won't charge?
I plug it in and it says its charging so i'll leave it there for an hour and the percentage doesn't go up it stays at the same percentage. And when i turn it off while charging and turn it back on the battery goes down.
Sounds Like you Have a internal problem with the phone or charger, you should take it in and have it looked at buy a professional, or if you have insurance on the phone see if you can get a new one.
Try charging it in the computer to see if that works or with a different cord in a different outlet to narrow it down if it is the cord or outlet charger or the actual phone. If the phone then back it up in itunes then restore as new device to see if this corrects it. If not. It needs to be replaced through apple.
- IPhone 5s well not charge or come on? I finally got my iPhone 5s back after I had put it in the pined shop back in July ( 4 months ago ) when I took it there it was dead!
