How to do this iPhone trick?

I was reading an article detailing some less-known iPhone tricks. One tip was this:

Feel and see when people call: Apple has added a number of accessibility features to iOS 5, specifically designed to assist those with hearing, vision, mobility and other disabilities. For example, those who are hearing impaired might opt to have the LED flash when a call comes in. If you're seeing impaired, you could set a unique vibration pattern for different people in your Contacts, so you know who's calling.

But it doesn't explain HOW to do it. I've searched settings but I can't seem to figure it out… Does anyone know? First person to help me get it wins 10 points.

  • Will the rice trick for a wet iphone still work if its on? The light for the camera is still on. Will the rice trick still work? I left it in rice just in case. Please ANSWER
  • Trick apple to replace iPhone? So I have a apple iPhone 4s and I dropped it and the screen cracked witch is fine but the led display stopped will apple replace it? If so I think there's warranty but how much would it be or is there a good excuse I could say they would fix it
  • Is there a way to trick the find my friends app on iPhone? My boyfriend and I have each other on the find my friends app, which allows us to see each other's locations. I work until midnight which is why he has access to my location but I have a surprise for him that will require me to go to the store and pick it up… I don't want him to peek at the app and have him see where I'm cause it will be obvious what I'm doing. Any way to make it look like I'm somewhere else? Maybe make it look like I'm a at my house?
  • IPhones, can I trick people? Okay, so I got the iPhone 4 recently. But I would of preferred the iPhone 4S. Don't get me wrong, I'm completely contempt with the 4 and I love it. But I kinda want to trick people into thinking I have a 4s, not a 4. So I was just going to get a big bulky otter box, and just pretend its a iPhone 4S. Will this work? As long as I keep the case on and don't let someone look at my phone for too long? Last time I checked the iphone4 and 4s look almost exactly the same.
