How do I fix an Iphone 5S which stops getting Wi-Fi signal for about 20-30 seconds?
So this is the case, I have installed a new Fiber router with two bands (2.4 and 5 ghz). I connected my iphone 5S to the 2.4 ghz which works fine however it somehow stops receiving Wi-Fi for about 20-30 seconds from time to time. I know this inst a router problem since other devices are working well with 2.4ghz. Any workaround for this? The5ghz works ok so far.
Turn it on and off flight mode for a minute or so, or take to a repair shop
Sounds like your phone's Wi-Fi radio may be the problem.
not really an easy way to fix that on an iPhone.
- My iPhone 4s won't shut off, it just restarts after a few seconds? When I shut my phone off I slide the "slide to power off" thing it's circle pops up like its shutting off and then after a second the apple icon pops up and the phone turns back on.
- My iphone 4 shows the apple logo for about 5 seconds then goes black and reapeats? Yesterday I updated my iphone 4 but half way in the update I had to leave for school and brought the phone with me. When I got out of school I tried to turn my phone on but it keeps showing the apple logo for 5 seconds goes black and repeats when I don't even touch my phone. I try to plug my phone into my computer but it won't recognize my phone.
- My iphone 3gs isn't getting signal? - 1 I rebuilt it and its taking a long time to charge (not worried about that) but it won't get signal. Please avoid answers like check the cables. I'm looking for something a little more specific
- IPhone 6 not getting and signal or data? So my antenna was broken so I replaced the cellular antenna, I replaced the Wi-Fi antenna, I cleaned it all and it still just says searching, I don't know what else I can do it's really stressing me out
