How do I get the video to show up in my camera roll?
Someone please help. So I downloaded a video from my PC into my Dropbox onto my iPhone and I saved the video to my camera roll but it has a circle with an explanation point, what does that mean and how can I get my video to show up?
It depends on which phone you're using. Android, IOS… If Android which version and from where check company.
Normally videos could be seen in gallery. There must be a folder in your gallery naming Videos.
Camera roll has only images. You need to look for the videos folder in your gallery.
The circle and explanation sign shows something is wrong with the video. Either it's not playable by the default iOS video app or it got corrupted somehow during downloading. Try another player and see if the video is supported on that. It could be a firmware issue too so you can restart the phone and see if that helps.
