How do i handle this? (Ebay)?

I ordered an Iphone from ebay but when the package got here it was empty just the box no phone, i told the seller and he told me to open a case that he already talked to customer service but when i opened the case ebay closed the case and denied me any refund because "The package was delivered" yea but there was nothing in it $220 down the drain or what can i do?

Not much. Between stuff like this and porch pirates, ordering online is getting more risky all the time.

I got the same thing happen and it never left their house and said I should have gotten it and lost 20…

How did you pay for it
paypal will take up your case
otherwise get a lawyer or the fbi involved

Try PayPal… This is their job…

You didn't order it from eBay. EBay didn't sell it to you.

eBay does not close cases simply because ' it was delivered'. You can open a case for 'item not as described' - in those cases, the item was obviously delivered. And in the details for your claim, you state that all you received was empty packaging, and then eBay will discuss it with the seller. In most cases, eBay will tell the seller to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier and they will process a refund.

As a last resort, if you paid with a credit card, you dispute the charge with your credit card company.

  • Will 8GB on an IPhone handle all my apps? I've been looking for an IPhone 4s because my quit on me. The one I have my eyes on has 8GB. I usually download social site apps like Instagram, Facebook, Vine, and every other social media site made. I probably use 3 or 4 a page with a new IPhone with the already installed apps. Will 8GB be enough space for all my apps?
  • What wireless router can handle many connections? When all the family is home we can have at most up to 15 devices connected to the router (5 iphones, 2 tablets, 4 laptops, 2 pcs, PS3, and a Smart TV). When they all automatically connect to my current wireless router it becomes very slow. What is a router for about $50-80 that won't get bogged down from so many connections?
  • Last iOS iPhone 5s will handle? What will the last iOS that the iPhone 5s be able to run and/or how long will it be relevant? I know that the iPhone 4 stopped and one of the iOS 7 updates.
  • I'm switching iPhones and services, and I concerned about the process and loss of service (even temporarily). Any tips on how to handle it? I bought an open iPhone SE to replace an older iPhone, and I'm signing up for a different service. They provide the SIM. And of course I want to port my old number to the new service. But I don't want to cancel my old service before the new one is set up. If I set up the new service before I cancel the old one will I have two functioning phones on the same number for a while? I'm not sure how to handle this and cause the least disruption to my service.
