How do I make an interrobang on my iPhone?
Copy this one ‽ on your iPhone.
Then enter Settings>General>Keyboard>Text Replacement.
Tap the + symbol in the upper right corner.
Paste the copied ‽ symbol into the phrase field.
Type?! Into the shortcut field.
Press Save.
Whenever you type?! It will automatically get converted to ‽ unless you reject the offered conversion.
I do need to use?! Fairly often, so I've set mine up to choose an interrobang whenever I type?! Instead.
