You do that by restoring your last backup.
If you have set your phone to perform automatic backups to iCloud then you'll lose almost nothing.
No backup = no reversing your mistake.
If you don't want to pay just £2.99 per month to Apple for their iCloud service then you should set your phone to automatically backup wirelessly to iTunes on your host laptop/desktop computer at home whenever the devices are in Wi-Fi range of each other.
Only unless you have a backup before that you could restore to, there's no chance.
