How to transfer my Droid X (Verizon) phone numbers to an IPhone (AT&T)?

How do I transfer my Droid X (Verizon) phone numbers to an IPhone (AT&T).Is that possible.

You take the original phone you had in the firs place to the new carrier and say "can you transfer my contacts into my new phone." teytake your phone and do so without hassle. When I switched from AT&T to Verizon, they did it for me.

From Verizon, 32gb, etc. but how can i get my photos/videos over to the droid Maxx? My computer is a Mac, so my photos are in iPhoto. I still have the iPhone of course, I don't wanna lose my photos/videos.
