How do the best buy prices for iphones work?
I was looking at the Best Buy web page, and it says the iphone 5s is 124.99 and the iphone 5 is 99.99. Are these real prices for the phones? Activation fees? Sim? Things like that. And the Samsung 4 is 49.99 which makes me believe it is not real. Please give me more information, thank you.

That's the price with a new 2 year contract and the price before activation
It is real. But remember that these prices are for new contracts, or those eligible for upgrade.
These all are the subsidized prices. You have to agree to a 2 year contract for that price
That is probably the price you pay if you buy it in a contract. The cheapest you can buy without a contract would be most likely from Ebay or quibids.
