How do the cops search your phone when your under arrest?

There's a GPS locater in your phone, which the company Apple just allowed law enforcement to use for tracking you down when 911 is called. Otherwise cops can't just search you down with your phone, that is a violation of privacy and they need to have a warrant.
They don't need it. If they want to see what's in your phone they will get awarrant and TARU will get inti it internally.

- Cops can teleport in GTA Vice City? So I was playing GTA Vice City on my Iphone & I had a two star wanted level but I was on a roof of a building. So I thought they wouldn't catch me but all of a sudden, a cop that was below me teleported to me & I was busted. Is this normal? I've never seen this happen before.
- Can the cops trace you back on magic jack? I prank called this random person with my cousins and she said she's gonna call the cops. If I deleted the app can they still trace it back? Plus we were using an IPod not an iPhone.
