How to play minecraft on iphone?

How do you mean how do you play it.download and play. You can either play survival or creative mode. Its basically the same as the pc version except for the controls of course. Even the graphics are the same lol
When you are on the main menu, go to the middle option. Press the option that says something like "Create new world." Naming the world is not necessary but it's useful. You can't toggle from creative and survival once the world loads, so chose which one you want when you start. I usually leave the seed generator blank.
Controls:
There's a transparent control pad you use to move around.
Scroll across the screen to turn.
Click the "… " on the bottom of the game to see all of your inventory, craft, and more.
