How do you file a complaint with Apple?
They have my iPhone in repair and tell me that warranty will not cover repair because because the phone has accidental damage, they give no explanation only photos of scuff marks that I could wipe off with a mild polish. I no there's possibly one little mark that would take a little time to get out and don't know how it got there but it was no accident, it is all natural we're and tears
Apple has had me up for a couple of days now and it's all because of there stupid charging design that has been the corporate for several Apple products to take a dump on me…
Added (1). Apple wants $340+ for repair and say they will send me new phone? Suppose they would send me new used phone? Probably with no warranty sense my warranty just expired about the same time it was sent in for repairs.
Added (2). I guess I forgot to mention that I sent it in because the cable connection would not go into the charging port and just before that the phone got so hot I thought it would burn a hole in my pocket.
Added (3). I haven't had an Apple product that didn't have issues with there charging port sense they come out with the 9 pin design.
Added (4). "RED APPLES"
I contacted Verizon, to tell them off for selling me junk Apple products and they traded me, my iPhone 7 Plus for a Samsung S9.
Good bye Apple…
So you are mad that the warranty does not cover accidental damage and that the damage is so minor that you don't see why it won't be covered? Well if the damage is so minor as you say why did you send it off for Apple to repair your IPhone? Obviously it was damaged enough to warrant you sending it away? You can file all the complaints you want against Apple, nothing will come if it. Just don't use their products anymore.
Demand to see the store manager. You your are screwed
That's unusual as they are known for very good customer support. There must be something with the phone that shows this additional damage as they wouldnt just make that up without obviously seeing something inside it.
My first negative with Apple. I purchased an iPhone 10XsMAX top of the line at $1600 on March 13, 2019. Declined the added insurance at $199 but was told I had 90 days to get the added insurance coverage. On June 1, 2019 I called Apple who told me it was now only a 60 days extension for getting the insurance. Nothing wrong with the phone now. I had just received an email reminder saying I had a couple weeks left. Was transferred to a "manager' who continued claiming a 60 days deadline. We are a business with over 10 iPones and dozens of computers. I take to a BRAD who refused to give his last name. This lack of transparency (after all he has my name) and the stubborn reaction to stick to a purported 60 days was the last straw. I think I will start looking at other phone companies in the future.
- Will Apple automatically sign you out if you change your Apple password? My sister has my mums old iPhone which has my stuff logged in and she told me she could see my messages and I got a little freaked out and I wanna know if Apple logs you out automatically if you change your password ;-; (The phone is supposed to be mine soon.)
- Where can I file a complaint against UPS? I called the 1800 ups phone number to ask about my package is and they said that it was delivered but no one was home. I was home all day today playing Xbox (Not even playing Xbox just in the chat) in the living room paying close attention to the door (btw my package is an iPhone 4). The lady said that the driver had knocked but I know thats bullsh*t. I live in apartment complex and my door is right in front of the gate near the mailbox!
- When you load an mp3 to iTunes, do you still need the original file? I download my music through other music downloading sites/stores and I only use iTunes to organize them and get the music to my iPhone. When I download these mp3's they are stored in my iMac's Downloads folder and I have a ton of music in that file. Do I still need these mp3's or can I delete the ones just floating around in my Downloads folder?
- If I write a letter of complaint to apple, will I get a free iPhone? I have this faulty iPhone 5c which is unable to be fixed and I have only had it about a year! So I want Apple to send me a replacement phone as it's unacceptable and I'm not spending £100's just for it to happen again in a shorter space of time or something, so if I write a letter of complaint will they replace my phone because they sort of have to.
