How to jailbreak an iPhone 3GS?

I read up on it, and decided I want to jailbreak my phone. It's warranty is up now, and I'm getting an iPhone 4S soon anyway. It has the newest iOS. Can someone explain how to jailbreak my phone, and maybe recommend some good websites for it? I want it to not cost money, and preferably not need a computer. I'm at my cousins and don't have my laptop, so I want to jailbreak my phone right out of Safari, if that's possible while it still being free. And please, when you explain how to do all this, try to make it easy to understand. My friend was explaining it and I was like What? Anyways, thanks!
