How to sneak your iPhone 4 through the metal detectors?

Ok so i need my cell phone in school. Don't give me the crap on u shouoldnt bring it and you need to learn. As far as i know only the outline edges of the iphone 4 are metal. If i put on a silicone case that covers the edges and stuff it in my bra and go through the metal detectors, will it ring? All my friends did that but with an iphone 4s and it worked but i have an iphone 4. Will it work?

It should the iphone 4 and iphone 4s have the exact same design the only differenes is the speed and what school has metal detectors? Lmao my school lets you use phones whenever you want except not in class

If you think that works, you should really pay attention in school.

If other people are sneaking iphones in the detectors may be set to ignore relatively small amounts of metal and to key in on steel and iron. Presumably they're looking for weapons, not phones.

A silicone cover or stuffing it in your bra won't do anything to help because the detector uses very low frequency electromagnetic waves (think radio waves) They easily pass through just about anything except metal. So if you don't want them to detect the phone you could put it in a heavy metal box, but it's a sure thing they'd find the box so it would be a remarkably ineffective idea.

Your phone has more metal than you think - the actual electronics are loaded with metal because metals are the best material for conducting electricity. (Usually Copper, Silver and Gold)

If there's a valid reason for you having the phone in school besides "I want it", you might be able to get a note from your parents and/or the administrators giving you permission to have the phone. Without that, you'd have problems using the phone in school anyway.

If you think that will work, then you need to be paying attention in school and not messing with your phone. They banned phones in your school for a reason.
