How to use the MagicJack app?

I have it on my Iphone but i can't reach the person i'm calling everytime i dial the number it just tells me that the call was successful then the call ends right after without even dialing.

Try dialing the same number from you real magicjack and see if it does the same thing. There are some rural area it does not service see if the Magicjack has the same problem.

  • Will i get charged for calling/using magicjack? PART:1 i have an iPhone 4 with at&t. My aunt lives in Haiti and she has magicjack with a 305 area code(Miami, Fl). When she calls me i don't get charged but will i get charged for calling her? PART:2 If i download the magicjack app in the app store can i call her with out getting charged from at&t? I would appreciate very much it if you guys would answer the questions in two parts please and thank you <:)
  • I use my home Line to call a magicjack # will I get charged? So my bro has magicjack on his iphone and the no. He got is Florida USA local no. And I'm in Toronto Canada so if I called that no. Without using another magicjack no. Will I get charged on my landline as long distance calling?
  • Magicjack iphone app error 20? Every time i open the magicjack app on my iphone, on the account tab it is written "network connection failure (error 20)" although the internet connection is working good
  • Magicjack iphone app error 20? - 1 I have a problem with my iphone 4 magicjack, I removed it and then installed the updated version. Then i tried opening it but it can't connect. It says network connection fauilure [error 20] but my network is working fine. I tried logging into my magicjack account and i renewed my subscription for one year but i still get this error message. How to solve this
