How does Apple iPhone 5 replacement work?
If I call them how will they send me a replacement?
Would they want mine first?
Or will the post one out to me and I have to post my old one back later.
I know how the replacements in apple shop work but I want to know the process over the phone. Saves me going to the apple store tbh
They will send you a pre paid box out to put the phone in and once they have got the phone and checked it over they will either dispatch the fixed original back or send you a new/refurbished iPhone5 out to you.
They do a similiar thing if you want your phone fixed etc, they send you a postage paid box that you put it in and send to them. Its just that it takes longer then if you went to the store.
- Will Apple provide me an iPhone 4S product replacement? I had purchased an iphone 4s about 2 years ago and have encountered issues with battery life, scratches little chips on the side and volume coming out in only one of the speakers. Will Apple provide me with a product replacement for my iPhone if i take it to them?
- Will apple give me a replacement phone iphone 5? I lost my iphone or it was stolen last night i only just got a replacement one after dropping it in water will they give me another replacement one for 270? Its still under warranty? so devastated.
- Will apple give me a replacement iphone? So my iphone's earpiece is almost muted and i can't hear a thing when someone calls me so i always have to put it on speaker for it to work.
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
