How keep iPhone apps and disable syncing the apps to iTunes? - 1
Hmm… My computer is running out of storage, and my iPhone feels the need to download a copy of every app I have on my phone, on my computer. I find this extremely frustrating and I can't figure out how to be able to download apps on my iPhone without them downloading to my computer when I sync my iPhone. I can manually go through and delete the apps off of my computer, but every time I get a new app, it just adds it to my computer, which makes me constantly delete apps when I sync up my phone… Any idea how to fix this?
Connect your iPhone and click on it in itunes.
there should be an apps tab at the top.click on that then uncheck "Sync Apps"
that should work, but warning, it won't sync apps from your PC to iPhone either. You will keep all your apps on your iPhone (i did anyway) but sync between iPhone and iTunes will stop
