How likely is it that I have carpal tunnel?

I'm on the computer for a few hours most weekends (mainly at night) on the Internet at my grandma's house. When I'm at home, I don't usually use my computer except to type occasionally. However, I have been typing a lot on my book lately… More than usual. I've been typing for years. About an hour and a half ago I got a numbing feeling in a few of my fingers and when I move my wrist or fingers in certain ways it feels like a tendon in my wrist is hurting. Some of my fingers feel numb/stiff. I also text a bit, and horseback ride (I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it). Thanks for any help or information you can give.

Also, I tried squeezing some silly putty in my hand for a bit but it didn't really help, my fingers and palm of my hand hurt and weren't strong enough to squeeze it. I have an iPhone, and could barely press the top button to lock it just using my right hand.

-When I took a shower I could barely squeeze the soap bottle.

-No symptoms in the left hand.
