How long do Apple UK take to replace iPhone?
I had a problem with my iPhone, but since it was under warranty, i've sent it to Apple (UK). How long do they take to fix it / send out a replacement iPhone?
At the moment i'm using an old Nokia and it's not fun.
7 days, as long as there's no water damage and it was never jailbroke.
- Will Apple take back or repair/replace my iphone 4 if I bought it around Christmas? I got it around Christmas since my samsung intensity wouldn't hold a charge unless I had the right charger it liked. So I got the iphone 4 for Christmas because my dad wanted to see how id do with a smartphone. But since it came preinstalled with iOS 6.1.2,(Verizon store) I was wondering if it were to malfunction, could I get a new iphone 4? Or would they tell me to buy an entire new phone?
- How long does it take an iPhone to recharge after it had been dead a long time? My cousin just gave me her old iPhone 5. It's in good condition but it's been sitting in her drawer for months. I don't know how many months but a pretty long while. Anyways, i out it on the charger and it hasn't moved from the red. It's been on maybe… At least a half hour. Is it okay? I don't know anything about these machines lol.
- If I take my iphone to the apple store will they replace it? The lock button on my iphone is broken & doesn't work, So if I take it the the apple store will they replace it since i have warranty? Would I have to pay anything?
- If I take my iPhone to apple will they replace it? I have an iPhone 5 and it's still under the one year warranty. Very often my phones keyboard will stop working or an app freezes and won't unfreeze unless I turn my phone on/off. Will they replace it if I tell them this?
