How long does it take an iphone 3 to die completely?
Heres the story, I downloaded this app called cocoppa (stay away!) and it made my phone get this white screen. I try to shut it down but nothing happens. I suppose my only hope is to let it die. Unfortunately, I had charged my phone to a whopping 100% before this operation took place, so my question is, how long do i have to suffer being phoneless before my phone completely dies? The screen doesn't go dark at all, so i assume it shouldn't be that long as it uses more energy being bright.

Hold down the home button and the power button until you see the apple logo (up to 20 seconds).
I agree with the Apple logo method, however If you leave it at your desk side, it should take approximately 4-5 hours depending on how worn your battery is.
- Will my iPhone die soon/ completely give out? I've had the same iPhone 4 since 2011, will the battery give out soon or will the backlight/ touch sensor die first?
- Should i let my iPhone die completely before I charge it? Okay so I just got an iPhone 4 and I let it go dead before I charged it. Then let it charge completely before using it. Do I have to do that every time or can I plug it in whenever I want and charge it.
- My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
- How long does it take an iPhone to recharge after it had been dead a long time? My cousin just gave me her old iPhone 5. It's in good condition but it's been sitting in her drawer for months. I don't know how many months but a pretty long while. Anyways, i out it on the charger and it hasn't moved from the red. It's been on maybe… At least a half hour. Is it okay? I don't know anything about these machines lol.
