How long does it take Bank of America to clear checks?
I have a eBanking account. I had the account for about 3 months now. The most money I put in my account at once was $145. (i'm a highschooler so allowance money). My dad wrote me a check from for $223 from a different bank. How long will it take to clear? I deposited the money from the check using the Bank of America iPhone app (take a picture of it) on Monday (today, 12/17/12) at about 7pm. I really need the money tomorrow and I was wondering if it'll clear by then.
Local checks usually have a 2-day hold on it. But call the manager of the bank branch and ask how much you can use now. Often on established accounts for amounts up $500 there's no hold. But verify that first.
- What pops up when Apple checks your iPhone one year warranty? Like besides if you still have it or not, like what shows up? They don't get anything like my phone info within my carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.), right? Or do they? And they check with your phones series number, right?
- Should I buy an Iphone 5s from America and use it outside of America? An Iphone s where I live costs around $600.In America it costs around $199 plus a $70 year contract so it seems more reasonable to order it online from America. If I order it from America what would I need to do and what should I know before ordering an Iphone from America and using it in another country? Besides unlocking the phone, what else do I need to do?
- Multiple smaller checks to avoid the $1000+ funds availability hold at USAA? I have USAA and I plan on using the Deposit@Mobile method of depositing with the USAA iPhone app. I want to deposit $1200 on Monday but I need the funds a few hours after I create and scan the checks in. I plan on using two $600 checks to bypass the $1000 funds availability hold regulation (that is federally enforced, to my understanding). Any potential blow back?
- How long does it take an iPhone to recharge after it had been dead a long time? My cousin just gave me her old iPhone 5. It's in good condition but it's been sitting in her drawer for months. I don't know how many months but a pretty long while. Anyways, i out it on the charger and it hasn't moved from the red. It's been on maybe… At least a half hour. Is it okay? I don't know anything about these machines lol.
