How long does straight talk take to port your tmobile number?
I bought a new iPhone 4 two days ago and requested my number to be ported over to straight talk. Well its been 2 days and still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?
You will need to contact Straight Talk and ask them what is taking so long. You can call them at their 1-800 number. If you have a facebook account, go to the Straight Talk facebook page and post your question there. A Straight Talk customer service rep. Will contact you and try to help you.
Shouldn't take more than a day, usually much less. Here's what to do…
DO NOT call them! (unless you want to get extremely frustrated trying to communicate with a foreigner who speaks very broken English)
Go to Straight Talks website, they have a forum and are quick to help. Or, go to their Facebook page and open a "ticket", they are pretty fast there too. Both of these options will get you an American Customer Service rep. It's much faster and less frustrating than calling them.
- Will a straight talk iPhone work on Tmobile? I want to buy a new one from Walmart but want to keep my Tmobile Plan and not go to Straight Talk, will it work if I insert my sim?
- Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
- When does my Straight Talk Uncap your 3G speeds? Hello sorry about the vague question but I have only had Straight Talk for about a month and I want to know when they stop capping your data? What I mean is I wet over my 2GB limit on 3G using my iPhone 4 last month and it says it only allows 2GB of full 3G speeds but that month is already over and it still capping my data? Why? Any help would be good! I just want to know how I could get my full 3G speeds back!
- How long does it take an iPhone to recharge after it had been dead a long time? My cousin just gave me her old iPhone 5. It's in good condition but it's been sitting in her drawer for months. I don't know how many months but a pretty long while. Anyways, i out it on the charger and it hasn't moved from the red. It's been on maybe… At least a half hour. Is it okay? I don't know anything about these machines lol.
