How long will NAIA Customs hold my parcel via UPS?
Does anyone here know at least an estimate on how long will NAIA customs hold UPS parcels? Current status from the UPS website is 'EXCEPTION -- Shipment pending release from clearance agency.'
I actually used UPS and didn't mind paid hefty to get it on time but it ended up being delayed. My parcel's an iPhone shipped by my friend from the US and I'm wondering how long will it take them to release its clearance. An estimate will do.

- Should i ship via, ups or usps? I sold an iPhone on eBay for 240 dollars. I will be shipping it tomorrow. He paid 15 usd for shipping but i have heard bad things about shipping via USPS. Should i ship it via ups and pay about 23 dollars?

I'm living in the Czech republic and want to avoid paying expensive importing costs, can I buy an iPhone off ebay and have it sent to a friend in america, and have them send it to me, but to avoid customs I could have them mark the phone as a gift, or I could have them put the value at 50$ for example and list the phone is broke? To avoid paying high fees?
- Is it safe to order an iPhone to a university campus parcel room? I'm planning on buying a new iPhone, however whenever I attempt to reserve it in order to pick up from a local store, the page says it's out of stock. That's why I want to order online, but I live in a university accommodation.
- How long does ups take from lousville kentucky to buffalo new york? I just ordered my iPhone and it's currently in Lousville kentucky. Does anyone know approximately how many days it will take to get to Buffalo ny, by UPS?
