How many calories can you burn?
My health teacher told our class once that it takes 15 minutes of exercise for your body to start burning calories… Is that true? And if so, if I walk 25 minutes everyday at a normal pace, just walking a tiny bit faster maybe, I know that our normal is probably all diffrent, but just think about seeing a person walking and that's probably how fast I'm walking. But anyway… For 25 minutes, how many calories do you think I'd be burning?

- I can't burn music on my iPhone ever since ios 7? I used to burn CD's onto my iPhone 5 from the computer w/ itunes but ever since I updated my phone to ios 7, I can't do it anymore. All the songs I have burned in the past no longer play, and any new songs I burn don't show up.
- How many calories should I intake a day? If you can send me to a realiable site or even an Iphone app, I'd love that! I won't share my weight, height, etc. On here. No way. Just please help me find a website or an app.
- How many calories (roughly) does this burn? I know it depends on the persons metabolism & a few other factors so I'm not asking for an exact amount or anything. I'm 16, 5'6, and weigh about 115. And I eat about 900-1,000 calories a day. This is my exercise I get each day: walk about 2 to 3 hours throughout the day (i don't know how many MPH but I walk a medium-fast pace) Then I wait until night to do my actual exercises, which are: dance for about an hour jumping jacks sit-ups squats minute wall sit.
- How many calories does the 7 minute workout burn? I'm 5'5" and 14 if that helps but I have the iPhone app for the 7 minute workout and was wondering how many calories it burns
