first of all eleven year olds should not have an iPhone. For so many reasons.
Second of all the answer is a resounding NO an eleven year old has an extremely small or no disposable income and considering the iPhone 5 and its related contract costs etc. Can cost upwards of £600, I'd say it's pretty unlikely an eleven year old could get one.
Dependa what one you have an iphone 3 wich you could get for about 60pound then you can get a 4 for abput 150 then a 4s for about 260 then an ophone 5 for about 400-500 pounds. Bur their mum could get ot on contract for them for about 30pounds a month x
I would say that she can't afford it, unless she has $2360, which would pay for an iPhone 5 with 16GB of storage on a two year contract, with unlimited messages, 450 minutes of talking, and 3GB of data, on AT&T.
Or she could buy an iPhone 4S for a full price of $550, and use it on straight talk for $45 a month, without a contract, with unlimited everything. I think this is a better deal, because this would cost only $1630, but that is still a lot of money.
I recommend that she acts really good, and that she asks her parents for one for her birthday or Christmas. That's what I did. They got me my first cell phone (a flip phone) when I was 11, and a smartphone when I was 13, both for Christmas.
