How much does it cost to hire someone in China to build iphone or Android apps? If so, how do I contact them? I have an economic degree and a great idea but not too much of budget, that's why.
Better idea:
Put an ad at any engineering college.
Everyone there knows how to do these.
And you might get cheap labor out of them.
