How much is a refurbished iPhone 4S from the apple store?

If I bought one today, from the apple store, how much would it cost me?

Also, does my phone have to be not working in order to buy one? Or can it just be badly cracked?

It just depends on what GB you are wanting. It's usually $50-$200. Some where. Around there I'm pretty sure.No, your phone does not has to be working to buy a new one. I hope I helped, although in not exactly sure about the price.

Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?

I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper.
