How much is apple replacement fee for new replace unit if your out of warranty?
My iPhone 4 have a defective lock button. I want it replaced. So how much it's the fee. Also do i have to go to an apple store? Could i just call apple And have them ship my replacement they could just charge me for shipping. I'll just ship the other one back.
Yes you can call APPLE for a replacement. They will charge you about $150 for the replacement.

Usually they'll just replace it. However if they feel you broke it intentionally our due to bad use habits they'll charge a few hundred.
Out of warranty it would be $150. Claiming the phone is defective will not help you because it is out of warranty and it should not take you over a year to bring it in.
