Will Apple still replace my iPhone 5S even though the warranty is out?
Okay so the other day I noticed some very weird black particles in my photos, I tried cleaning the camera but it didn't work. I'm scheduled for a genius appointment tomorrow and my warranty is out. I don't want to have to spend $300 on getting a replacement. So would they still replace my iPhone or would I have to deal with their pathetic policies?
Not anymore, and the repair will not be free anymore too if the warranty is out.

Yes for a price. Not sure what makes you think its free. Do you expect free car insurance when you stop paying? How about free home owners insurance when that runs out, do you expect them to just keep covering?
I don't see why it was deemed "pathetic" where most companies in electronics do 1 year warranties. They could replace it but there would be a cost.

There isn't an apple store in libya and my warranty ends on august 19, 2013 but i'm coming back on september 2, 2013. Do you think they would make an exception for my case. So I got an iPhone off of eBay a few month ago and of course it has some problems like the home button not working properly, the speakers don't work, the promoxity sensor doesn't function, etc. And it wasn't abused or neglected or anything like that. - Will Apple replace my crack iPhone 6 if it still under warranty? Like I just drop my iPhone 6 the other day with a shattered screen and I noticed that I only had my iPhone for less than a year. So I was thinking about taking it to Apple to get it replace for free instead of paying. Is that true?
