- Why can't i send photos mms texts with my iphone 4 with straight talk as my carrier? Is there any setting i need to change or something specific i need to do to allow the photos to go through text messages the last couple of times i tried, it attempts but says there's an error. - IPhone activation failed using straight talk SIM? I got an iPhone 3, used. I have a straight talk phone, with a SIM The iPhone I got was unlocked from AT&T. I put the SIM in and nothing happens. I go to iTunes and it says activation is failed.
