I have an iPhone 6 32gb space grey. It's got some minor wear and tear scratches but otherwise works fine with a good battery. It is unlocked as well. How much is it worth in CAD?
Worth to, whom? I don't know anyone who wants a slightly damaged iPhone 6. That is many versions behind the current model.
I have two iPhone 7s that were used for about two months, and I have not been able to sell them at any price.
Try checking on eBay for an average.
